I think everyone here is missing the big picture. That pool and hotel was ripped out to serve a bigger purpose, to make room for an expanded veterinary clinic. Corvallis is better for it.
I’ll have to keep this in mind every time I go there for my dog’s yearly checkup. I lost a pool in town so my dog could have a better life.

Lets get one thing straight I was the first person to find and ride The Southtown Peanut back in June of 1992. I had 215’s and did frontside double truckers over the light with Taylor,Tait,Noland and Musch at night. Got busted by the cops there with Taylor that same month. I rode that pool off and on over the years but the old East Indian guy was never having it. Summer of 2006 drained that pool of its two feet of eversludge that existed because the flood of 1996 broke it for good and all the toxic shit in southtown watertable always was seeping into the pool. Just enough so you couldn’t ride it without bailing it, liberation you would say. Had some good sessions then every retard that souldn’t even know where my curbs are blew it the fuck out. Thanks guys good work, this brings me to my second point whoever started peeling and taking the coping while the pool was still skateable beware of me. You are the dumbest sons of bitches ever, you should just give yourselves up right now and just let me kick your ass so it will be over with. I have lived in the Northwest all my life and lets just say I will eventually find out who pulled this off don’t worry I will. Just give it up infultrators stay out of the Valley of Sickness and Death or you will die by the sword.
