Well I’ll be damned…
The News Herald reports that Bay County Parks and Recreation Department in Panama City, Florida has an extra $1.5 million or so and is trying to figure out what to do with it. One of their very bright and apparently unsolicited ideas is to build a skatepark. It’s not too often that a skatepark falls from the sky. The locals didn’t have to rally the troops or even get Matthew Lesko involved.

No – no skate park.
What I think should be done is hire an accountant to find out where this mysterious boon came from and let that accountant find out if there’s more stashed away in the cobwebs of our county government.
Is someone cookin’ the books?
There should deffentely be a skate park i’m tired of being hasseled by the cops and buissness owners. If there was a skate park i could go there and skate rather than on there property. Actual spend money on a concret park so it won’t be messed up you could higher people to watch over it. Make it worth skating and people will come from all over to skate it.
