Want to turn into a professional skateboarder like Ryan Sheckler? Who doesn’t? Now you can avoid all the “paying your dues” BS and get the inside scoop in the Go Pro Book from the good folks at Skateboarderpro.com. It covers such topics as:

How do you become a professional skateboarder?

How do you get sponsored?

How do you make a good “Sponsor Me” video?

Where do you send “Sponsor Me” videos?

Where do you even start?

GO PRO is the one and only STEP BY STEP method that can show you EXACTLY the right plan of action you can start TODAY to take you on a direct path to getting sponsored!

GO PRO defines a precise daily, goal oriented system that you can work at your own pace to achieve “levels” that position you in exact ways so that you can become “Sponsor Material”.

I can’t wait for the informercial. It turns out they can even help you get a college scholarship. And to think I dropped out of college because of skateboarding.

Go Pro: How to become a pro skateboarder book

The web site SkateboarderPro.com seems to exits to peddle the book Go Pro. Just in case they can’t get you to but the book, they have one of those Amazon.com shops that I think pays them through commission, meaning I don’t think they actually have any inventory. But let’s get back to Go Pro. Seriously, this is a potential goldmine. There is no contact information whatsoever, so I can’t obtain a review copy, but I am very, very tempted to buy one outright. I’m sure I’ll get $15 worth of entertainment out of it.

SkateboarderPro.com Betty of the Week

SkateboarderPro.com also has a “Betty of the Week.” This week’s betty is Alexa, and I swear I’ve seen this picture on a different web site advertising something. It’s probably not Alexis Schempp, who actually skates. Check out the bio for Alexa:

Alexa has actually done pretty well this summer at comps with placings for both best trick combo and best form…no doubt. She’s totally serious about going pro and has already started on her program with her own copy of GO PRO. She’s also into extreme aerial maneuvers. Check out her Christ Air…oh my god.

If anyone ends up actually ordering this masterpiece, please let us know.

  • If SnA.com has a betty of the week section, I nominate Avril as the honorary original betty. Haw.
