DY you have deep seated mental issues for which you should seek professional pyschiatric help! haha

  • Iraqi police to shoe thrower – here’s a broken arm and ribs and a prison cell.

Next time we’ll treat you like Sadaam would have treated you and pull all the skin from your body, rape your wife and kill your family.

  • Zed-word

Dubya to Iraqi people: “So long, and thanks for all the shoes!

  • I second that gas was $.88 cent a gallon for me in Pheonix, one time. And that was in 98′. We need to stop buying gas on Wednesdays!!! We just need to puck’em one day at a time.
It would also help to raise the average for auto makers to nothing less than 29mpg averall average for cars. Piss on Hummers, piss on avalanches, piss on expeditions, piss on escallades, piss on all you tank driven Mother F’ers. Piss on you socker moms with the F in mini vans, Yeah, i’ll piss on just about anyone. My friends and I sometimes love strolling down Sun Valley, Id and pissing on all the cars…Just watch out if you leave your top down on your convertible…Love watching the shower on those. It’s just a piss fest in Idaho. You dA ho.

  • i remember clearly paying $.82 for a gallon in 1998 for at least a couple of weeks, today’s price is more than triple that easy.

Good comic Mark, I was just thinking the same kind of thing as i read over arguement and the bullshit reasons that the government gives for not making paper money accessible to the blind. it would cost a fraction of what the prez has spent on iraq.

  • president #42 is so bummed you’re forgetting him… I think he’s playing his sax alone trying to not inhale.

1999? Wow. I guess so. That seems so long ago but I guess $2+ gas is a more recent development. Let’s see, 1999… That was Bush Senior, right?

  • Average price of gas in the Summer of 1999 was $1.17 based on this report: Gas Report. We paid over $3.10 for a gallon of gas this weekend. That’s pretty close to 3x.

If Stephen Colbert were dead, he’d be rolling in his grave.

  • Rich told me that and had some specific numbers. I just searched for History of gas prices and looked at 4 different charts that all put it at more like double. One guy shows an adjustment for inflation that shows the price of gas today at about 160% of the 2000 price.

Last time gas was $1 a gallon on a national average was about 1986. Ronald Reagan was president. Current climb started in about 2002.

Rich, why do you hate America?

Does gas really cost 3X what it did when he took office? That must have been around 1972…
