No, because the teen, whose name is Sydney Rochelle Hawk, who is no relation to the Sydney Hawk, was actually staying with her (divorced) father Tony Hawk, who is no relation to the Tony Hawk. Sure makes a great headline though!

The 16-year-old Sutherlin girl who had been missing since Jan. 5 has been found.
Sydney Hawk was found Saturday night at the home of her father, Tony Hawk, in Springfield.
Hardee har har. Here’s another link to a story that mentions Tony Hawk being her father, but the web site seems to be down more often than it is working. Once it’s up again I’ll quote it. Otherwiswe the rest of these stories just say she was found at her father’s house, but don’t mention his name.

Police say Sydney Hawk of Sutherlin was attending a party in northeast Roseburg the night of January 5th, and had not returned home. Roseburg police acting on a tip, contacted Springfield police who went to the residence of her father in Springfield and found her there. Officers say she was fine and just neglected to tell anyone where she was going.

Roseburg Police went into the weekend looking for clues in the case of a missing girl. But 16 year old Sydney Hawk was found Saturday night at her fathers house in Springfield. The Sutherlin girl went missing for more than a week. Roseburg Police say Hawk was last seen at a party in Roseburg the night of January 5th. Sydney called her mother the next day to tell her that she was with some friends she had recently met. News reports over the weekend led to a tip, giving police the information they needed to track her down.
