Haro safety gear. The gloves look as good as any other skate gloves from the era, but those kneepads look a little bit sketchy. Still, they managed to get some respectable pros on board, including Jim Gray, Lester Kasai, Billy Ruff, Allen Losi, and Mike McGill.<\/p>\n

CRASH COURSE<\/p>\n

We learn fast. So we took a crash course in knee and elbow protection from 5 of the best skaters we could find. They said to redesign a thicker plastic cap and rivet it on. They told us to make the padding way thicker and to make the elastic back twice as strong. So we did. They wanted more colors like black, white and red. Now there are. <\/p>\n

Protection doesn’t get any better than this. See for yourself at better skate and bike shops. <\/p>\n
