Almost everyone we know likes Mark Conahan and would wish him a Happy Birthday, even if it is two weeks late. ALMOST everyone. Here’s some footage of a pre-rained out session at his own bowl dojo. It was one windy day gusting to 30mph, sticks and leaves were lethal objects. We braved the day and […]

January was a fun month overall. Normally we get the post Xmas letdown in January because everybody is all spent up, but not this year. We got plenty of high priced decks in every category with a number of decks going for over $2000. Alva decks of every description were going super high, and we had a couple of classic Chinese rip-off graphics. Plus a great selection of bargain decks too.

December 2010 was a great month on eBay. There were lots of great decks: some classics and some more unusual ones that don’t get seen too often. I’ve left out some of the “classics” this month, because let’s face it. How many more times can I show a PP Lance Mountain Future Primitive? Yes it’s a great, classic graphic, but if I’m not excited about showing it then it’s not in here. Sometimes even a bad photograph is enough to kill it.

Things get back to normal this month. Bargain Section? Check. Assorted Crap? Check. 5,000 words? Check. Lots of great looking decks and some surprises? Checkmate. The music selection this month is She Wants Revenge and their wonderful self titled debut album.

Just checking in with kids. Over the course of 2-3 years these guys have progressed out of their pre-pubescent kick flips into some really mature skaters. Full of pubecences. It is easy to make a good video with good subjects. Enjoy GVK Out. This has nothing to do with the image above. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_2J7H7V2Fxw

I have renewed my Burnside skatepark membership and frequent it often. Well on this particular day it was Pete Schweddy A.K.A Alec Baldwin. Even tho the action was low it was a heated tech session until Boo-ya showed up and the big bowl started to getting some action. Enjoy the music of Eduard Khil a […]

Drama, drama, drama. I created drama with slow motion. I actually just figured out how to use the slow motion on my new camera. Sixty frames per second instead of 30. It’s apparent where the old technology comes in when I’m using my old camera. It appears as stop-action. The new one is smooth as […]

OK, like I said last month, October was going to be a difficult one for me. I was on vacation in the UK for 2 weeks, with no access to a computer, so there was a very good chance that there would be no October Baywatch at all. I had already harvested some decks however, so I decided to change the format a little this month just to get something out.

The good, the rad, and the colorful showed up for Burnside’s 20th anniversary; a skate event that accepts all types. Sometimes there is too much testosterone flowing in a session. This was not the case at the Hallowenis event. I witnessed many bare-chested men with erect nipples; a clear sign of arousal. Be it skateboarding […]
