Powell Street benefit

Portland’s skatepark system has definitely stalled, gone into hibernation even, but it seems that we’re gearing up for the second great push.

More Oregon skatespots on Espn.com

More Oregon skatespots on Espn.com This time from photographer Garric Ray. I can’t very well give him a hard time for calling Lincoln City a suburb of Portland because I once captioned a bean plant as a boneless on Fuel TV’s site. Saturday will also be a fundraiser of some sort for repairs at Pier Park, thanks to some dingholes who burned a couch in the bowl. Fundraising details are fuzzy, but the schedule of events are up on the web site.
