Art is in the eye of the upside down beholder

And I’m not talking about a D&D monster. After seeing last week’s algebra ramp, Greg Baller sent this link over at the Death Science blog. There is absolutely no further information available about this art piece except for the rumor that it was skated before it flipped over. I swear someone once sent me a picture of a Thrasher tail light made by the folks at Death Science, but I can’t find it.

– Thanks to Greg Baller for the tip.

  1. Hopefully, when the show is over they flip it back over & put it to use!

Also, Greg Baller is a super nice dude & everyone should support Burly Caps! Good find, Greg!

Must have been holding the plans upside down.

  3. are you sure this isn’t Australian?

  4. well the algabra ramp was cool…but this is very ordinary…

  5. Full circle. First we skate everything that wasn’t intended to be skated, now they take stuff that was intended to be skated and make it unskateable. Bastaaaaards! The cruelest skatestopper ever.

What is the future going to be? Skaters hiring security guards to keep artists from turning over ramps?

The artist probably hired a security guard to keep skaters from turning it back over…

  6. It’s not exactly a skateboard, but check out this U.S. Army combat skateboard tank:
