stacked

Please stand by

I stacked pretty hard to the flat at MC’s bowl earlier tonight (Wednesday) so I’m self medicating instead of compiling Thursday’s posts. BTW, this post is fueled by Vicodin and Strongbow cider in a can.

I recommend a second dose, and one for the doctor.

what did you hurt? Ankle? Shoulder?

  3. Yes, and then some. Wrist, elbow. Actually ankle is fine

  4. Get well soon Sir! Too many sessions you’ll miss…

  5. for this reason getting old sucks. years ago if you did not break anything you just could just shake it off and continue skating in pain without any painkillers or alcohol. I’m happy with the fact that as I get older I’m actually progressing and much bettter/stronger/faster then the younger version of myself. but every once and awhile a slam takes my body out for a long time, and it takes my mind out for even longer. I’ve been stoked on the fact that I have been skating the past month after not skating since april. but for now I have lost any moves I ever have done that require my right hand. it’s still worth it, but take care of your selves kids.

  7. no pain no gain

  8. What Colin said….eeer.

  9. Would that bright flash of light above the bowl have anything to do with the slamm?

  10. Heal up soon…and yeah a little green might ease the pain.

  11. Being old sucks- now your gonna ache for 3 months.

  12. Flash is just the lights. Camera exaggerates it.

    damn this slow internet connection!

  17. Randy, we’ll be back next year. Pretty bummed we got rained out in Portland. Equally bummed I lost my phone while camping in Lincoln City. Only got to skate Tigard and the dry part of Burnside before we headed south to avoid the rain. 15 parks in 5 days including multiple sessions at some, not too shabby.

  18. the good thing is now your wife can’t have you do anyting around the house. you finally can relax and pop a beer open and have some chill time in front of the tv

  19. oh yeh ,nice pool .love to grind over the box

Pain becomes normal – ‘specially if you bite it on the regular as I seem to…
