eBay Watch: July 2007
I have no big statements to make this month. Just an apology for being late with this. Weekends are always super busy, especially now that the weather is decent in Chicago. Saturday is skating, and Sunday is doing stuff with my daughter. So this gets pushed back. And back. And back. Oh well.
This month is brought to you by “Secondhand Daylight” by Magazine. iTunes has the entire Magazine collection, a lot of it remastered. I’d forgotten how good their early stuff was.

This is probably an old legacy Ebay Watch blog post. Some of the links may be broken or missing.

That Natas 101 artwork is my favorite in the article. It has a Ralph Steadman flavor.
“AWW?” wheels theory: They are Alva Conicals, I recognize ’em as I had them. Non-skaters think the Alva logo lettering spells “AW-something”- look at it sometime – I can actually see how they might visualize it that way…
Hey Brad, you may be right. I lifted the AWW wheels thing right from the guys auction description. He doesn’t show any pics of the wheels from the side, so it’s tough to say with 100% certainity, but you are probably right.
Hi,
I spent hours reading your BayWatch, loved every word of it, great writing, funny and sooo cool to see so many beautifull old decks. Wouldn’t mind a handfull of those myself. Looking forward to the august and september BayWatches, keep it up!
