eBay Watch for July 2006
Our eBay watch column for July 2006 is up. We’re going out on a limb here to allow commenting on individual eBay Watch columns since it’s actually one of our most popular features. It seems the House of Neil isn’t 100% accurate 100% of the time, and he took a bit of a beating in some of the popular collecting forums. This is an attempt to make it better, so please be cool.

This is probably an old legacy Ebay Watch blog post. Some of the links may be broken or missing.

where’s the early 90’s this month?
I noticed that too. My guess is there wasn’t anything of mention from that time period last month. I’d ask Neil but he’s in the U.K. right now.
I’m not complaining….I just look forward to seeing that part every month.
I hear you. Thanks.
I think you guys are doing a heck of job. I have always enjoyed the eBay watch column.
Hey Guys, last month you featured:
A Santa Cruz
Good question. Anyone?
The purple Nolder is actually full size. The mini model says “mini” in the banners, next to “Schmitt”. The full size came out with two graphic treatments, this one and the one you mentioned. BTW I’ve been enjoying the eBay watch since the first, please keep it up!
Great work as always, Neil. I always look forwarding to reading these! Thanks for all the hard work.
PEACE
yup, correct. I collect whatever decks catch my eye, and no 90s decks interested me in July. It’s also the period where I have the least knowledge and interest, so the 90s section will always be skimpy. Probably.
Great feature, just a quick correction, in your March 2006 report you say “And now for a reissue of maybe the worst SC graphic of all time. The Slasher. Originally released for Keith Meek, although the reissue doesn’t mention him at all. It’s a Nash-like graphic, and the white paint quickly yellowed in the sun. Me no likey, but look at that: $230. That’s right, it’s a reissue.” – actually the tail mentions his name above ‘Slasher’ – oh and its a great graphic 🙂
Thanks for all the hard work Neil, really enjoy reading the eBay watches
