Screw these Feeder guys. First off, their name too close to legendary punk band the Feederz. Remember the album Ever Feel Like Killing Your Boss? It was black with sandpaper glued to the outside cover so it would deface any other albums you put it next to. OK, strike one, your band name is too close to another infamous band. Strike two, you choose to make an album cover with a picture that is already a direct copy of another album cover. The cover of Feeder’s album Renegades is Basilio SIlva photo that was obviously copied from the Dwarves. The Feeders made a video with a topless girl in a ski mask. As much as I can appreciate a topless girl (spring break!) I’m predisposed to hate this.

I think it was Scott Starr who tipped me off to the existence of a 60′s era nudist lifestyle magazine with some skateboard shots in it. He’s hoarding them for a skateboard book that’s all pre- 70′s. I’ve heard about some of the things he’s unearthed, and it promises to be amazing, although he will have some competition from another book in the works, but more on that later. (No, it’s not from me.) All of this has nothing to do with where I found this, which was on Wooden Toy Publishing. I can’t link directly to it because for some reason they don’t have permalinks set up. Every time they update everything gets pushed further back and the urls change. Look for it on the June 21st, 2010 edition of Happy Mondays. I emailed them earlier in the week to see if they had any background information to share and I haven’t heard back yet. Very tame (unless you are offended by cellulite) but NSFW after the jump.

I’ve heard it involves “fun boxes” of a sort. Full cover after the jump. NSFW.

What does this web commercial have to do with skateboarding? Well nothing if this isn’t pro skateboarder Alex Olson. I wasn’t sure at first, but I think it’s an actual real product. Girls love Alex Olson. I mean, obviously Girl does, but girls do too.

UPDATE: DUH. Forgot to include the video. It’s there now.

A long time ago, Barbie had a sister named Skipper, and Skipper had a friend named Fluff. With a name like Fluff, I thought she was an aftermarket, third party friend, but I looked it up. Fluff came packaged as “Living Fluff,” complete with a skateboard. For some reason, every time she shows up for sale on eBay, she’s always accompanied by pictures of herself naked. It’s odd and disturbing. Almost as disturbing as that weird ollie band sled the other Fluff is strapped into. Please, oh please click through, or you will miss “Action skateboard and real posin’ stand included.”

Yes, the bottom of this Brad Bowman deck is naked, but I wouldn’t go for such a cheap shot. Instead, click here for cheap shot that is so fuzzy it might be SFW. The seller of this lovely item (listed at $475) also has things like petrified buffalo skulls and 300,000 a year old turtle fossilized turtle shell. Times are tough when you have to sell your nudie board and your Museum of Natural History pieces.

The adult film Hot and Saucy Pizza Girls from 1979 appears to have at least four skateboarding scenes. I haven’t been able to find a copy online for less than $17, and I’m not prepared to shell out that much to find out. Some VHS copies are going for $30! Desiree Cousteau is billed as the female lead, and she coincidentally starred in Female Athletes too. Pizza Girls gets good “reviews” for attempted plot and comedy, although I suspect there was one good review and everyone just paraphrases it. Tune in after the jump for a PG-13 trailer that is still NSFW if you have the audio track loud at the end. There’s also a link to an entirely NSFW trailer. Both trailers have hot and spicy skateboard action.

Lots of things for sale on eBay. I was looking up some vintage skate shirts and found this guy who is making his girlfriend model all his t-shirts for eBay. “Come on baby, you’ll be star.” Whatever, at least she looks like she’s into it. Left to right: Droors shirt from the 90′s, G&S skateboards from the 80′s, and Globe Australia from… ? He’s got some “punk” items and snowboard related stuff, plus Styx…. Best part is, you can’t really see the the design on the shirts in most of pictures. That’s marketing!

As seen on the Berrics. This is a poster for an adult film from 1979 titled Female Athletes. The folks at the Berrics have not “seen the ‘film’ and have no plans to,” but they did appropriate the image for a t-shirt. Come on. If you are going to rip off the poster, at least watch the movie, or don’t pretend to be so demure about the whole thing, Here at S&A, we’ve got no such hangups. I found the whole thing online and skimmed it for skateboarding scenes, but saw none. I had to skim it, the damn thing is 80 minutes long, and that’s way to long for an adult film. Although you have to admire how they at least try to be like a real film, with a story line, acting and all. Nice original soundtrack too.

If you can believe it, this adult film uses skateboarding to sell itself, yet according to one review, if you blink you’ll miss the brief instance a skateboard actually shows up, and they make no mention of in the dialogue. It’s almost as if, (gasp!) the plot is entirely unimportant to the movie.
