Phony Alva

The graphic on this Rolls Racer ‘Conqueror’ deck is clearly stolen from the Eddie Reategui ‘Warrior’ deck from 1988 by Alva. This bootleg even has wheel wells and comes in a vivid green, it sold on eBay a while back, but I forgot for how much.

The drawing on the bootleg is pretty accurate, besides the childishly written ‘conqueror’. There’s also ‘young warriors’ in the rock on the picture of the fake deck, but it’s hard to read (both pics are from eBay).

UPDATE: As Gene pointed out in the comments, here’s the original Alva deck likely had some inspiration as well. [Photo: Pencil Ink]
