Goodluck Planche a Roulettes
“Goodluck” brand safety equipment for French speaking children. Everything, helmet included, seems to be made out of dense, soft foam. Almost like wrestling mats. Check out the trim on that helmet. Weird, but stylish. No idea what year this is from… 70’s? 80’s?

I love this box. This kid looks like a combination of a mime and a football player. Color coordination between socks, helmet and knee pads is pretty dapper. Nice non-functional trucks too. Definitely not built to grind.

I confirm I have seen these death traps in France in 1977. I was learning english at that time, but soon understood the irony behind the “Good luck”.
