Topps T-Shirt Factory

Another fine offering from the folks at Topps, T-Shirt Factory Iron On’s from 1988. They definitely carry on the tradition of Garbage Pail Kids, another Topps product. These iron-on transfers are maybe about 5×7 inches. I don’t actually have this, it was floating around at a party I went to. I did some due diligence when I spotted it and snapped some cell phone pics once I saw there was a skateboard graphic.

Business first. Here’s the Road Killer graphic, featuring a cat getting run over by some troglodyte with spiked wheels. He’s got a commanding stinkbug grab on top of a monster-clawed gorilla grip. Poor kitty.

Has anyone ever gotten a successful t-shirt iron-n to work. I remember them always failing.

The Road Killer is not the best graphic by far. Check out #11. My Dad For President is a good one. Then there’s number 14. If you know what a Bummer Shreep is, please let me know.

Hot Lips is another good one. It would have made a good cover for a 7″ single.
