Fab.com has dabbled in skateboards before. I’ve seen Penny boards and I think a couple othre skateboard related items on different occasions. This particular collection is called “Sports Relics & Industrial Finds.” The excellent product description “Advertising Dustpan” was also the name of an obscure release from a post-punk cassette tape only record label.
