  1. …and it stinks.

Challenge: leave behind all your social media apps for one month (30 days). See how much you miss it after only a few day…
I did. Didn’t miss it after two days. Not going back. Knock, Call, Text, Email. Done.

    1. Good on ya buddy,
did the same thing about a year ago.

    2. That’s interesting, because to me that’s a sure sign of addiction… or at least I find that it works the same with skating… if you get past day two you don’t need it as bad (maybe skating has a half-life in the body of two days?)… oh, and kids, Don’t do methadone… it’s got twice the half-life of heroin and thus is even harder for people to kick (that’s one f’d up gummint program). I WILL say one thing for today’s youth culture: there does at least seem to be a trend toward recognizing that traditional, ‘whole drugs’ should be a little less scary than synthetics, and, though I personally have no use for any of it, this HAS been born out by recent studies that show that even one time use of psylocibin (sp?) shrooms can have long term benefits for (I blieve it was) manic depression, and, that pot has clinical benefits for something mental (whereas, pure THC LITERALLY shrinks your brain). So, it ain’t like they’re going down brave new rabbit holes left and right… just a select few….

      1. I didn’t entirely follow that.. But yes I was a hopeless addict.
        Not so much anymore..

        1. Oh, I was just saying that facebook accounts are like rabbitholes, so you shouldn’t do drugs. But should skate, so long as you don’t do it synthetically.

          1. Heck yeah skate or die!
