Skate Case
So when I first saw the video I thought it might be a spoof, but it turns out it’s really for sale, and patented in a partnership with the University of South Florida. There’s something to be said for coming up with an absurd idea and then seeing it to fruition. Classic video footage after the jump. Highlights include using a skate case to carry a small netbook, which sounds like an excellent idea. There’s a regular popsicle stick version and a longboard version that holds, you know, “…two composition books deep in there as well as many pencils.” Witness campus cruising, acid drops and even kickflips! ya know i once had the idea of putting trucks on my trombone case back when I was in the high school band…cuz carrying those things everywhere was a bitch
Duuuddee I just thought of that this week at band camp because I was so used to carrying my skateboard that when we would walk back to the band room I would have the urge to put my case on the ground and skate there XD Just asking do you think it would be possible because I really want to attempt this but I’m not sure if it’ll work so great because there might be more weight on one side due to the bell… Maybe if I placed the trucks a bit farther from the front than originally planned. Hmm I’m not sure

Just once I’d like to see someone pull a violin out of a Tommy gun case.That would show me.
I’m glad thats not an easy thing to make….. When I lived in Florida the good will would always get AMAZING records in so I bolted a milk crate to that back of a longboard to hold my records. Maybe I should start seling that.
