A little slow on releasing this news from the Skate and Annoy Press Desk, but here todays juicy news for a Southern Oregon Skateshop owner now in custody of the Jackson County brickhouse. What sucks is his son Vinny Jr was a good skater, I bet its hard for him to walk around that small town and skate. Now read the sheriffs report with your mouth closed, its gonna be hard.
April 26 – Drug Seizure/Sex Abuse Arrest

INCIDENT: Drug Seizure/Sex Abuse Arrest
On 04/26/07, at about 0700 hours, investigators with the Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team (JACNET), with the assistance of agents from the Medford DEA Office, executed a search warrant on Vincent G. Bologna, Jr. Also covered in the search warrant, and searched, were Mr. Bologna’s residence and his business, Vinny’s Board Shop, located at 104 E Main Street in Rogue River. During the course of the search, investigators located an 11-plant marijuana grow, loose marijuana, digital scales, packaging materials, and a small amount of methamphetamine. Mr. Bologna was arrested and lodged in the Jackson County Jail on the below listed drug charges.
As a result of a concurrent sex abuse investigation by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division, additional sex abuse charges were added to Mr. Bologna’s existing drug charges. It is alleged that Mr. Bologna had inappropriate sexual contact with juvenile females in the Rogue River area. These charges are also listed below. Mr. Bologna’s total bail was set at $114,000.
This case is the culmination of a two-month JACNET/JCSO(CID) investigation. Investigators were assisted by officers with the City of Rogue River Police Department.

Charges: PCS Methamphetamine, PCS Marijuana, DCS Marijuana, DCS Marijuana within 1000′ of a School, DCS Marijuana to a Minor, PCS Hashish, MCS Marijuana, Sex Abuse II, Sex Abuse III (3 counts), Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
