It’s a set up. There was a car behind him tripping the radar. The giveaway should be the debris that Speedy is skating through. His father Guy, said it was his 11 year old son’s idea, and the fastest he could get going on his own was about 12mph. No matter, still worth a post. Everyone say “Awwwwww!”
Maybe in the bottom photo he’s actually going 101 mph, but the sign only goes up to 99. He flipped the thing.
