Vert ramps don’t get old. They just become classics.
Plus, it’s next to Hardee’s!!! Remember eat AFTER skating, other-wise you’ll be in a hamburger coma.
Everytime I ate before skating I had a gnarly slam due to sluggish reactions.
This place looks like fun.
I agree. Great looking design and I like the attention to detail in the stain and the mosaic. Probably won’t be making it there anytime soon, but I’d love a chance to skate it. Different is good.

I’d say the problem’s bigger than those two company’s squabbles. “The Southeast Valley Roller and Skateboard Rink”?? Yikes!

Big question is whether or not the rink will have and organ and/or couples skate.
Welcome to construction. These things happen all the time. The greater the price tag, the more of these you’ll see.
Personally, I rather see Spohn building stuff. They may not yet have reached the level of reverence awarded Dreamland, Grindline, Evergreen, and such heavy hitters, but from what I’ve seen, their building is solid, clean and well thought out.
The problem with Spohn is that they’re not really skaters…..they make a lot of their “obstacles” in a factory, drop them off with a crane, and then sub the flat out to local contractors. Only skaters should be building skateparks.
