Creepy, weird, and realistic action figure

This is either the absolute best or worst skateboard toy ever. I’m leaning towards best, and I actually want one. New from Action Sports Toys, it’s the Ryan Sheckler action figure. You have to check out the videos to see how cool these things actually are, as far as the, errr, simulation tiny skateboarding goes. I’m not sure where this falls in the hierarchy of fingerboarding. I mean, who is the biggest dork, the guy who spends hours and hours perfecting his fingerboarding technique, or the guy who goes for instant gratification with an almost anamatronic action figure? When I get mine, I’ll let you know.

– Thanks to GN for the tip.

  1. Crap. You know I’m in. And can I get dimebag of whatever they were smoking when they developed this concept… seriously…

Wow… that looks really complicated. I think I might be able to learn real 360 flips before I could master them with this thing.
    Can mini-sheckler skate vert? 🙂

  3. Only Ryan Sheckler could sell out that hard to make money endorsing crap like this. Can this doll do the ‘double pits to chesty?’

  4. pretty ironic sheckler would promote a mini puppet, like a scaled down version of him and mtv…too bad they couldn’t get that black rod to come out his azz.

Just like Ryan. This toy skates with a stick up it’s ass. They did a really good job on capturing that aspect of his skate style.

  6. I have flown some small airplanes when I was taking flying lessons that contraption looks a little more complicated than flying a cessna 150. That thing might be usefull for some short movies ala “robot chicken” on adult swim.

  7. Nope, coolest toy ever. I’m getting one and I’m going to dress it up in Barbie clothes

  8. my kid said “not very interesting”

  9. no, fingerboarding feels like your skateboarding with your fingers, that thing is more like a skateboard puppet

  10. I look at it more of Extreme Puppetry, rather than fake skateboarding. 🙂 I want one, but if Im not good at it right off the bat, Im quitting.

  11. Who got to make the final deceision if the pole was rammed up his Schlong or up his Bumm?

  12. One of our team riders is endorsed by Tech Deck hahaha! Sad.

I already wasted too much of my life with a miniature Snoopy on a skateboard in the empty family bathtub in the 70s…

    Holy shit!
I was JUST saying to my wife; “I just ADORE that awesome CCS….if only they could add to their catalog, a Shecks’ doll that looks like he’s in a fatsuit, with a giant icepick, impaled through his back, and comming out his groin….that somehow makes him do tricks….with the icepick in his groin,if possible”.

Oh well, I already mailed them the sketches I drew.
I mean, I DRAWED, sketches I drawed. Sorry.

  15. Carpal tunnel.

  16. this looks like a teat milking motion…

Me, I don’t look at street skating as fake skateboarding, I look at it as using your board as a puppet.

  19. Does it come with a tiny little can of body spray?
