That's interesting, because when we first found this spot sometime back, we dubbed it the "Superfun site" because all that I knew about the location was that it is a Superfund site, with toxic chemicals and all. Anyhow, interesting to hear it coined as "Pirate Town" or even "The Aviary" (As per the photo feature a few weeks back on skatedaily.net...) anyone else catch that, actually?
