		<description>&lt;p&gt;I've hit that bank, i love flat banks and that one is not so cool. maybe not intentional "stoppers" but then dunno what else as they arent rocks and hard to skate around if you want to do anything like fence-plants or flip tricks on the top. its skate-able tho.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This  building is vacant, except parking lot is used for what looks liek long term parking of trucks. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's a Techtronix building in Beaverton.&lt;/p&gt;
