Those don’t look like Chicago Trucks. Chicagos had a square three-hole baseplate. Sure-grips maybe, Looks like there is a name on the axle -housing.

I built up a 28x6.5 board with Chicago trucks, Upgraded them with a set of big conical orange Indy rubbers. They are a total blast. The lean to turn ratio is awesome. The sloppy metal on metal pivot is a little awkward but it works fine.

those trucks in the photos actually look like the old super surfer trucks, and not chicagos.
