I saw examples of this technique and was thinking about trying it on a skatepark shot. It’s a polar coordinates distortion filter manipulation of a 360° panorama. Photo by Michael Martin Oops, looking at his photoset, I’m guessing this kid is into the rollerblades in addition to photo manipulation tricks.

Another guy has posted some instructions for all you rasterbaters out there.
